1.   Roll Call
 
2.   Discuss and consider appeal of question no. 36 on the Sergeant's Promotional Examination held August 3, 2022, relative to Texas City Code of Ordinances, Section 70.11 Sound Amplification Systems in Vehicles.

According to Section 70.11, no person operating or occupying a motor vehicle on a street, highway, alley, parking lot or driveway, whether public or private property, shall operate or permit the operation of any sound amplification system from within the vehicle so that the sound is plainly audible at a distance of __________ or more feet from the vehicle.
 
3.   Discuss and consider appeal of question no. 39 on the Sergeant's Promotional Examination held August 3, 2022, relative to Texas City Code of Ordinances, Section 70.30 Yield Right-Of-Way Signs.

According to Section 70.30, the Director of Transportation and Planning, or his or her designee, may install and maintain yield right-of-way signs at intersections where a special hazard may exist anywhere vehicles shall be required to yield the right-of-way.  The driver of a vehicle approaching a yield right-of-way sign shall, in obedience to the sign, slow down to a speed not in excess of __________ mph, or shall stop if necessary, and shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian crossing the roadway on which he or she is driving and to any vehicle in the intersection or approaching on another street so closely as to constitute an immediate hazard.
 
4.   Discuss and consider appeal of question no. 41 on the Sergeant's Promotional Examination held August 3, 2022, relative to Texas City Code of Ordinances, Section 70.09 Vehicle Repair Shops to Report Vehicles Damaged by Bullets; Records of Vehicle Repairs.

According to Section 70.09, a person who is in charge of a garage or repair shop must do which of the following when a motor vehicle is brought in to them and shows evidence of being struck by a bullet?
 
5.   Discuss and consider appeal of question no. 63 on the Sergeant's Promotional Examination held August 3, 2022, relative to Texas City PD Policies, I-06 Section 5.

Certain criteria must be present before the Texas Amber Alert Network can be activated.  Which of the following is NOT one of the Amber Alert criteria?
