ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
BACKGROUND
a. Texas City residents Brenda & Donald Poole currently reside at 2609 Texas Avenue located within the IBD Zoning District.
b. Mr. and Mrs. Poole have been working with the Texas General Land Office to have a new home constructed outside of the bounds of the IBD.
c. Mr. and Mrs. Poole have agreed to sell their current property located at 2609 Texas Avenue to the Texas City Economic Development Corporation.
