ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
BACKGROUND
a. Texas City residents Brenda and Donald Poole currently reside at 2609 Texas Avenue located within the IBD Zoning District.
b. Mr. and Mrs. Poole have been working with the Texas General Land Office to have a new home constructed outside of the bounds of the IBD.
c. The Texas City Economic Development Corporation maintains a portfolio of single family residential properties for the purposes of relocating residents out of the IBD.
