ITEM NO. 2 Roy James requests review and approval of detailed site plan for a new building to be used as a car detail business. Being Lot 14, Blk. 151, Kohfeldt's 2nd Addition. Located at 3102 1st Ave. So. (Action)
ITEM NO. 3 Nick Alviri requests detailed site plan review and approval for a new commercial warehouse for an existing business. Located at 111 Hwy. 146 So. (Action)
ITEM NO. 4 Cliff Oliver/ProEnergy Services requests review and recommendation for Site Plan zoning for a new natural gas simple cycle power generating facility. Being approximately 40 acres of land out of the John Little Survey. Located in the 500 block of Attwater Drive (Action).
