The Planning Board of the City of Texas City will meet in a regular meeting to consider and decide upon applications received to date and other business that will come before it in the Conference Room #2 at the Engineering & Planning Building, 7800 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway, on Monday, February 7, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.

Consider and take action on the Development Plan for Take 5 Oil Change. Located at 3542 Palmer Hwy, Texas City (currently the Tobacco Stop between the McDonald’s and Taco Bell restaurants).
ITEM NO. 2
Consider and take action on the request to rezone Moses Lake Tract from District “A-1” (Single Family Residential) to District “I” (Planned Unit Development). Located on 23
Street North, north of Godard Park and south of 34
ITEM NO. 3
Consider and take action on the request to rezone Marlow Lake North from District “A-1” (Single Family Residential) to District “I” (Planned Unit Development). Located at 221 6
Street North (formerly Fetching Lab Brewery).
ITEM NO. 4
Consider and take action on the Development Plan for Lago Mar Tropicos – Proposed Temporary and Permanent Parking Improvements. Located in the Recreational Waterfront area of the Lago Mar Planned Unit Development (Crystal Lagoon).

Consider and take action on the Sauers Minor Subdivision. Being 28.006 acres out of Share “C” in a Subdivision of the John Sellers League in Galveston County.
