ITEM NO. 1 Review and approval of the Preliminary Plat for Lago Mar Pod 8 Section 10. A subdivision of 10.31 acres of land out of the Alexander Farmer League, containing 43 lots. Located east of Pod 8 Section 4, north of Pod 8 Section 2, and to the south of the GCWA canal. (Action)

ITEM NO. 2 Marisa Malinowski requests approval of a variance to construct a residential home on a one acre tract with an access easement to Wetzel Drive. Located at 6811 Wetzel Road, Texas City, TX. (Action)

ITEM NO. 3 Other business. (Any conceptual development proposal requesting to come before the Planning Board)
