Consider and take action on the Final Plat for Central Park South Section 3. Being 17.11 acres of land out of the W. K. Wilson Survey, Texas City and containing 63 lots. Located northwest of Central Park South Section 2.

Consider and take action on the Development Plan for Waffle House Restaurant. Located at 2737 Palmer Hwy, to the west of Hartz Chicken Restaurant and east of Wendy's Restaurant.

Consider and take action on the Request for Extension of Time From Broad Reach Power for the zoning change request approved by City Commission on November 3, 2021.
