(c)   Consider and take action on Resolution No. 2023-004, approving the submission of a grant application to the Texas Office of the Governor, Public Safety Office, Criminal Justice Division, for funding under the Project Safe Neighborhoods Grant Program on behalf of the Texas City Police Department. (d)   Consider and take action on Resolution No. 2023-005, approving the submission of a grant application to the Texas Office of the Governor, Public Safety Office, Criminal Justice Division, for funding under the Criminal Justice Grant Program to provide specialized training to the Texas City Police Department Dignitary Unit. (g)   Consider and take action on Resolution No. 2023-008, amending Resolution No. 2022-080 authorizing the City of Texas City (Police Department) to submit and administer an application for Grant/App 4594101 (SH-Bullet Resistant Shield Grant Program) to designate Titilayo Smith, Grants Administrator, as the grantee's authorized official.
